TANZANIA LOSES AGAINST UGANDA

Tanzania lost their second game today against Uganda. Tanzanian U19 players have yet to come out of shell to perform well. The much disappointed Tanzanian coach Kassim Nassoro said that the players are playing under their capability. I don’t see a reason for them to play with fear which enables them to adhere to the game plans.

Tanzania won the toss and elected to bat first giving away their wickets very cheaply to the Ugandan side. The whole Tanzanian batting lineup collapsed and failed to put up a reasonable score for their team. They managed to put up only 83 runs on the score board all out in 38 overs.

The Ugandan top order batsmen chased the score easily to win the game in the 16th over for a loss of only one wicket.
