Countries participating are Tanzania, Kenya and
Uganda. These countries are going to use this tournament for the
build up for the East , Central and Southern Africa Under 19 women
tournament to be played in Tanzania in March 2009.
The 3 countries are in the fore front of Women cricket development
in Africa and boost of the strongest women cricket teams among the
associates ICC members in Africa.
