Tanzanian squad tour Lords Cricket Ground

MCC invited the Tanzanian National Team to tour Lords Cricket ground which is referred to as the Mecca of Cricket. After a two hour tour of the ground, the MCC also gave the whole team tickets to watch a County Championship match between Leicestershire and Middlesex that gave the players to watch former England and West Indies Test Cricketers like Mathew Hoggard and Pedro Collins in action.

The Tanzania National Team really appreciated the kind courtesy of the MCC for this visit of its kind that really heartened the players by this generosity. It is a wish of every cricketer to play on the Lords Cricket Ground at least once in their career and the Tanzanian players desired for the same.

During the lunch interval of the match, the Tanzanian Team poised for a group photograph in front of the historical long room, the birth place of Cricket for their memories.
